	The Ocean City Pipe and Drum Band will lead the Parade and Presentation of Clans at Noon, followed by Bagpipe Concert and informal piping around festival grounds in the afternoon.	Bagpipe Bands
	Moch Pryderi (Welsh for “Pryderi’s Pigs”) is a six piece Celtic band firmly rooted in the traditional music of Wales and Brittany, interwoven with traditional music from Turkey, Ireland, and the American-Appalachians. The bands instrumentation, Welsh triple harp, small and great pipes, bombardes, Welsh pibgorn, fiddle, Celtic bouzouki, mandolin, clawhammer banjo, flutes, whistles and percussion, as well as the band's vocal abilities, create a diversified pallet for Moch’s distinctive and haunting sound.
